### Our Story

PLYAZ was born from one simple truth: Too many football journeys end too soon.

Every year, thousands of young players are released from academies—often after a decade of commitment, sacrifice, and hard work. Most still train like professionals, juggling jobs and trials, trying to find their way back into the game they love. But without visibility, structure, or financial support, many fade away.

One of our founders personally experienced the transition from academy football into the wider game. It highlighted for him how crucial continued connection and visibility are during that stage—and how tools like PLYAZ can help maintain the momentum that clubs work so hard to build. That experience inspired a mission: to help the next generation stay connected, supported, and visible as they continue their football journey.

PLYAZ was created to bridge the gap, giving players a platform to stay visible, get backed, and stay connected to football.

We're not replacing clubs or critiquing the system; we're extending it—keeping players seen, supported, and valued long after academy doors close.

PLYAZ exists to keep football journeys alive long after the final academy whistle.

Our mission is to extend football's investment beyond release—helping players continue their development and stay part of the game, while giving clubs and communities a way to see their impact last longer.

We believe:

* Every club's investment should keep paying off. Development doesn't stop at release—it evolves.
* Every contribution should create real impact. From fans to mentors, every act of support should help a player take the next step.
