# For Agents

### Represent. Support. Build Trust Through Second Chances.

***

Every season, thousands of academy-trained players are released. Talented, disciplined, but often left without structure or support.\
**PLYAZ exists to keep those players visible, funded, and connected.**

For ethical, forward-thinking agents, that’s an opportunity to make a real difference—and build a stronger business doing it.

***

### The Challenge Agents Know Too Well

Finding unrepresented, motivated, ready-to-sign talent takes time and luck.\
Scouting lower leagues or relying on word-of-mouth isn’t scalable, and the top 1% are already taken.

Meanwhile, agents still face outdated stereotypes—“greedy,” “exploitative,” “self-interested.”

**PLYAZ flips that narrative. Helping agents be recognised as mentors and enablers, not the middle person.**

You don’t just find players here—you help rebuild football journeys.

### How It Works

1. **Access Pre-Vetted, Motivated Talent**\
Browse verified profiles built by released and semi-pro players, complete with stats, video clips, and milestones.\
Every player is screened by PLYAZ for authenticity, commitment, and eligibility, so you spend time only on serious prospects.
2. **Connect and Represent**\
Reach out securely via in-platform messaging or respond to players seeking representation.\
Once assigned, your verified badge appears on their profile—a visible mark of trust for clubs, supporters, and the player community.
3. **Earn and Grow Your Network**
   * Recurring income: monthly share per represented player.
   * Campaign commission: a small percentage of fan-funded player campaigns.
   * Full control of sponsorships and deals you broker—100% yours to keep.\
Every earning stream aligns with the player’s progress: **when they win, you win.**

### What Success Looks Like

* You help a released 19-year-old get a trial abroad.
* They sign. They post their story.
* You earn your commission, and your reputation grows as the agent who kept their dream alive.

> That’s PLYAZ—a platform that rewards integrity, not opportunism.
