# OVERVIEW

## Our Mission <a href="#our-mission" id="our-mission"></a>

***

Every year, thousands of young footballers are released from professional academies.\
Many still train like pros, juggling jobs, travel, and self-funded trials, but with no structure or visibility, most quietly fade from the game they love.\
**PLYAZ exists to change that.**

We connect **players, clubs, agents, academy staff, and supporters** on one trusted platform—uniting football’s ecosystem to keep dreams alive beyond the academy.

We’re here to extend football’s investment beyond release, helping players stay visible, supported, and connected, while giving clubs, agents, and communities a way to see that investment continue to pay off.

### We Believe <a href="#we-believe" id="we-believe"></a>

* **Every player deserves visibility.** Talent doesn’t disappear at 18.
* **Every club’s effort should endure.** Development doesn’t end at release.
* **Every act of support should create real impact.** From fans to mentors, everyone can play a part.

## What We Do <a href="#what-we-do" id="what-we-do"></a>

PLYAZ is a digital platform that connects the entire football ecosystem—players, fans, clubs, academy staff, agents, and governing bodies—around one shared mission: **keeping football journeys alive**.

Through verified player profiles, transparent funding tools, and community connections, we help released and semi-professional players continue their development and stay part of the game.

**For Players:**\
Create verified profiles and personal campaigns to fund your journey — training, travel, recovery, or trials, backed directly by the community that believes in you.

**For Clubs & Academies:**\
Track and celebrate alumni success, demonstrating lasting care and impact.

**For Agents:**\
Access pre-vetted, motivated players and earn new, transparent revenue streams through ethical representation and campaign partnerships.

**For Fans & Supporters:**\
Back real players, follow their progress, and be part of their comeback stories that make football special.

> PLYAZ is not here to disrupt the academy system—it’s here to extend it.\
> By keeping every player connected, the game grows stronger, fairer, and more human.

## How It Works <a href="#how-it-works" id="how-it-works"></a>

Players join and create a verified profile—a digital football CV with videos, stats, and personal updates.\
They can also launch campaigns where supporters and brands help fund the next step in their journey, from rehab costs to showcase travel.

Fans and supporters contribute directly to players’ development through safe, transparent transactions that show exactly where every contribution goes.

Agents join as verified partners, gaining access to pre-vetted players, visibility on the platform, and an additional recurring revenue stream through representation and campaign commissions.

Clubs, scouts, and academies discover players through transparent, trusted channels, maintaining connection and unlocking new opportunities for released talent.

The journey doesn’t end at release—it evolves.\
By keeping players visible, supported, and connected, we keep football’s investment and humanity alive.
